Check out http://ServerFault.com, a new “Q&A site for system administrators and IT professionals that’s free” in the vein of http://StackOverflow.com. Indeed, it was created by the same guys, one of who is the well-known blogger at http://codinghorror.com.
It looks like it will be a great resource.
